  • A detailed floor plan with accurate measurements or total lineal/square footage of walls.
  • Desired Specie of wood.
  • Any extras such as loft joists, purlins, rafters, decking, stairs, paneling, planking, posts, railings or beams.

NOTE:  We furnish products at the current mill prices.  We feel it is our obligation to pass the savings or increases to our customers when the prices fluctuate.   We do not believe in setting and leaving our prices high even if the market lowers.
